Mitutoyo Corporation is world's Leading manufacturer that specialises in metrological technologies and measuring tools.To measure the lengths of spur and helical gears, the Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE digital disc micrometre uses flat discs and a non-rotating spindle made of hardened steel in our own Japanese facilities. The non-rotating spindle decreases torque on the items being measured while also preventing distortion and wear on the workpiece. For exact, repeatable measurements, a ratchet-stop mechanism applies homogeneous pressure to a workpiece. The results are shown on a large, easy-to-read LCD display.
