Test pumps are pressure generators that allow mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments to be tested, adjusted, and calibrated using comparison measurements. These units can be utilized in a laboratory or workshop, as well as on the job site at the measuring point.
Easy operation
When the test item and a sufficiently precise reference pressure measuring equipment are both connected to the test pump, the pressure on both measuring instruments will be the same. The accuracy and/or correction of the pressure measuring instrument under test can be determined by comparing the two measured readings at any given pressure value.
Easy handling
The hydraulic comparison test pump model CPP4000-X can generate pressures up to 4,000 bar. The instrument base of the model CPB3800HP dead-weight tester is technically identical to this one. The integrated dual-area spindle pump with switching valves allows for quick filling and smooth pressure generation in the test system.
At the same time, the finely adjustable spindle pump is used to control pressure. Quick and simple operation is facilitated by a control schematic for pressure generation on the instrument base.
G 12 female loose union connectors with double ended metal cone are installed on the two test connections.
