The Series DH Digihelic Differential Pressure Controller offers a comprehensive solution for pressure, velocity, and flow applications. With a remarkable accuracy of 0.5% full scale on ranges from 0.25 to 100 in. w.c., it ensures precise measurements. It features two SPDT control relays with adjustable dead bands and a scalable 4-20 mA process output. In velocity or flow modes, it provides a square root output on the 4-20 mA signal to match the flow curve accurately. The Series DH Digihelic Controller offers flexibility in power usage, supporting both 120/220 VAC and 24 VDC power options commonly used in control panels. Programming is user-friendly through simplified menus accessed via the menu key. These menus cover essential functions such as security level, selection of operation mode and engineering units, K-factor adjustment for flow sensors, duct shape configuration for flow applications, set point control, alarm settings, alarm reset options, alarm delay, peak and valley process readings, digital damping for smoother operation, scaling of the 4-20 mA output, Modbus communications, and field calibration.
