In challenging processing lines and other production situations, the Mitutoyo PJ-Plus profile projector series provides very accurate, steady dimension and angle measurements. The PJ-Plus replaces conventional halogen lighting with LED illumination, a brand-new feature and design for profile projectors. The main unit no longer requires a cooling fan, which significantly reduces the amount of oil, mist, dust, and other contaminants that can enter the measuring device. The new LED illumination source also offers better durability and longer service life, delays the rate of illumination decline by about 50%, and offers better durability overall.
